Our largest room with wood effect flooring and natural light. A superb space for conferences, receptions, launches, seminars and a host of other events. Can accommodate up to 120 delegates theatre style. Fully equipped with lecturn with built-in microphone and the latest technology. Plenty space available for registration or meet and greet areas.

Small Hall 

A light, airy room which is the perfect space for meetings, workshops, presentations and other smaller scale events. Equipped with a whiteboard.

IT Suite
 Air conditioned room ideal for delivering training, workshops or seminars where IT access is required. Fully equipped with 10 Multimedia PC’s with internet access and Microsoft Windows XP Professional with Microsoft Powerpoint, Access, Excel and Word. Four laptops and printing facilities are also available. Software can be placed onto the IT Suite network, however adequate notice is required.

Crèche/Playroom  

Our fantastic crèche facility offers a safe yet stimulating environment for children of all ages. It is fully equipped with toys, soft play areas and creative arts to keep babies, toddlers and older children amused and occupied. We also have an enclosed playground area for children to play safely.

We regularly welcome back over 95% of organisations who book an event, which is testimony to the quality of service we provide. 

Room charges are effective from 1st November 2010 and are inclusive of VAT. Overhead Projector and Screen £5 per session, Laptop £5 per session, Flipchart £5 per session, TV/DVD Player £5 per session, Lecturn £5 per session, CD player £5 per session. Evening bookings are by arrangement, charges on request. Weekend flat rates of £50 per 3 hour session for any room. 

Cancellations - The hirer will be charged the full price of the room unless you inform us at least seven days in advance of your event.
