Room Hire Terms and Conditions

Bank Holidays are Charged at Three Times the Normal Rate (Subject to Availability). All prices are subject to change and you will be charged the current rate at the time of the function and not at the time of the booking. The Community Centre cannot guarantee room availability. The Community Centre Management reserve the right to amend room hire charges or conditions of hire at any time.

 

Cancellations

The Hirer will be charged the full price of the room unless you inform us at least 7 days in advance. Users are only entitled to enter the rooms agreed on the hire form. The hiring of the Hall does not entitle the Hirer to use or enter the Hall at any time other than the specific times that appear on the agreement. The Hirer shall during the hiring be responsible for –

 

Damage to the Centre

All damage to the community centre, it's fixtures and fittings will be charged to the hirer, who may be asked to leave a Refundable Deposit

 

Equipment

The removal of all equipment, Birthday Gifts etc (All items must be removed on the day of the function)

 

Supervision

The efficient supervision of the hall including the effective control of children, in an orderly and safe admission/departure of persons to and from any hall or room used

 

Cleaning

Leaving any hall or room used in a tidy condition, otherwise a cleaning charge Will be incurred.

Noise must be kept within acceptable levels. If you wish to play music you must inform the centre management as you may require a public performance license PPL.

Please note -Fire Escapes, corridors and the entrance areas must be kept clear of articles and equipment at all times.

The management reserve the right to refuse admission to anyone deemed unsuitable without any prior notification. All rooms must be vacated by the time agreed. All applicants must be over the age of 18

THE MANAGEMENT AND COMMITTEE CANNOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR THE LOSS OR DAMAGE OF PROPERTY WHILST ON THE PREMISES. EVERYONE WHO USES THE CAR PARK DO SO AT THEIR OWN RISK
